Shipping policy
Every Oakley June piece is made to order—printed and packaged just for your family. Below you’ll find how we process, ship, and track your order, along with a few helpful tips to ensure everything arrives smoothly.
Processing (Fulfillment) Times
- Made to Order: We print, quality-check, and carefully pack each item after you purchase.
- Timeline: Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships.
- Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays (Eastern Time).
Shipping Times
- Domestic Transit: Typically 2–5 business days after your package leaves our facility, depending on destination and carrier speed.
- Tracking Updates: Carriers may take 24–48 hours to show movement after pickup.
- Split Shipments: To get things to you faster, items may ship separately. You’ll receive a tracking number for each parcel if this occurs.
Note: Weather events, carrier delays, and peak holiday volumes can extend transit times. We’ll keep you informed if we see anything unusual.
Shipping Rates
- Calculated at Checkout: Real-time rates are shown at checkout based on your address, items, and carrier options.
- Promotions: Any free-shipping offers or discounts will be automatically applied when eligible.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (and SMS if you opted in) with your tracking link. You can also log into your Oakley June account anytime to check your order status at account.oakleyjune.com.
- No Updates Yet? Give the carrier 24–48 hours after pickup to scan your package into their system.
- Multiple Items? If your order ships in more than one box, each box will have its own tracking number.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We start processing quickly to meet our timelines.
- If you spot an error, contact us immediately at orders@oakleyjune.com. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
Delivery Issues
- Marked Delivered but Not Received: Please allow 24 hours, check with household members and neighbors, and look around mail areas. If it doesn’t turn up, reach out and we’ll help you open a carrier inquiry.
- Undeliverable / Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or it goes unclaimed, you may choose a paid reprint/reshipment or a partial refund (minus shipping). See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
- Damaged or Misprinted Items: We’ll make it right with a free reprint or refund. Please submit within 30 days and follow our photo/video guidelines in the Return & Refund Policy.
International Shipping (if enabled)
If international shipping is available at checkout, duties and taxes may be collected at delivery depending on your country’s regulations. Transit times vary by destination and customs processing.
