Refund policy
At Oakley June, every piece is made to order—printed and packaged just for you. Because your items are created one at a time, we’re unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or style. We encourage you to double-check size and color selections before placing your order.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Misprinted
We’ll make it right with a free reprint or a refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue

Five clear photos (or one video) taken on a flat surface, showing the item and the issue in detail
- If the issue is print placement, include a ruler in at least one photo.
Once approved, we’ll process your reprint or refund right away—no return required.
If You Ordered the Wrong Size or Color
Because our products are printed on demand, we can’t accept exchanges or full refunds for incorrect size or color selections.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, Oakley June offers a one-time 25% discount toward a new replacement order.
If you’d like to send the original item back, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Returned pieces may be used in our marketing or photography to showcase real Oakley June apparel made for real families.

Photo / Video Requirements
- Place the item on a flat, well-lit surface.
- Upload 5 photos (or one video) that clearly show the issue.
- For print placement concerns, include a ruler in the frame.
- For multiple affected items with the same issue, include an extra photo (or video) showing all items in one frame.
Important Notes
- All damage/misprint claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) items, a 0.5" placement variance is within manufacturing tolerance and not considered a defect.
- Refunds for approved claims are issued to your original payment method.
- If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., wrong address or unclaimed package), you may choose a paid reprint or a partial refund (minus shipping).
How to Submit Your Claim
- Visit the Returns Portal to start your request.
- Upload your photos (or video) following the guidelines above.
- Our team will review your submission within 1–2 business days and follow up via email.
